FMOC, Ltd., affiliates have added Premier Plaza to the portfolio. The latest acquisition is a strip center in Brandon, MS a suburb of Jackson. With this latest acquisition, FMOC, Ltd. now has 82 properties in 78 markets.
FMOC, Ltd., has been extremely busy during the first quarter of 2022 with managing the growth of the portfolio from all of the acquisitions in 2021. Which included a high end shopping center in Knoxville, TN known as Franklin Square which added more than 150,00 square feet and 80+ tenants.
